3 Bedrooms - Loft - 2 Full Baths - Sleeps 12

This beautiful family retreat is located on the North side of Clam Lake just seconds away from Torch Lake, in beautiful Bellaire, Michigan. The 2,480 square foot cottage consists of 3 bedrooms, a loft, 2 full bathrooms and sleeps a maximum of 12 people. The property sits on 1.5 acres, with great views of the lake and a two tiered 1,800 square foot deck overlooking the lake, which has 2 patio tables ith seating and umbrella's to keep you out of the sun and comfortable. The 100' of lake frontage, shade by the water, stone rimmed fire pit with all the wood you can burn, wooden swing, and permanent 50 foot dock allow you to enjoy the lake both day and night time. The cottage was completely renovated in the winter of 2007, and includes all new beds/linens, new bathrooms and kitchen, washer & dryer, all appliances and has a fully equipped kitchen. The lot is deep as you can see from the photo's, and is perfect for games of football, volley ball, soccer or any number of different games.

Amenities: Three (3) bedrooms and loft (6 queens), fully stocked kitchen, dining table for six, cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace, 2 full baths, jacuzzi tub, 42' high definition TV, cable including HBO, high speed wireless internet access, all hardwood floors. Property consists of 1.5 acres with beautiful view of lake, open yard perfect for kids, two tiered 1,800 square foot deck, charcoal grille, 40 foot private dock with room for boats, jet ski's, etc. The lake bottom in front of the cottage is hard bottomes and fairly shallow with no steep drop offs...perfect for swimming for small children.

  • There is a bathroom on each floor. The first floor bathroom includes a glass enclosed full size shower and jacuzzi tub. The second flooe bathroom has a single stand up shower. Both bathrooms have been totally updated within the last year. Towels, washcloths and soap are also provided.

A Little Slice of Heaven on Clam Lake!!!

Each August (2009, 2010 & 2011) my family of 5 travel from Atlanta to this AMAZING cottage on Clam Lake. The cottage is clean and bright with lots of windows, cross breezes and natural sunlight. It offers tons of space, a full kitchen with all the amenities, spacious living areas for resting and relaxing and with 4+ bedrooms provides private but spacious sleeping accommodations. It's the perfect place to host family and friends.

AMAZING VIEWS!!! The cottage has wide, tiered decks with lots of seating area so that you can catch up with family and enjoy the breathtaking view of Clam Lake. Our kids swim off the dock, tube, water ski and kayak all within yards of the cottage.

The yard is spacious and is perfect for our family's annual game of kickball and we always set up badminton and volleyball.

Our best memories are of the kids sunning on the dock and late night fires down by the water. I cannot say enough good things about this incredible treasure - for our family - just a little slice of heaven.

Absolutely Perfect!

This was the second time we've rented here. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental! We were pleasantly surprised to see that the pictures did not do justice to how great the place is - especially the yard and view of the lake! We spent many hours relaxing on the deck and in the swing down by the lake. We have a large family and there was plenty of room for all of us. The three bedrooms were large and the loft was great for the kids. It has a new feel to it - very clean, up to date appliances and no musty odors! We did lots of swimming, boating and relaxing. We even got to visit nearby Sleeping Bear Dunes-what an awesome place!
We are planning to return next year and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great home away from home.

Perfect!!!

This home was perfect for our family!!! We had a blast here. The house and property is VERY child friendly. The house was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Clam Lake was perfect for fishing, swimming and boating. Torch Lake was just minutes away. The house is cozy and private. Everything that you could have needed was there for us. The kids loved eating on the picnic table on the back porch as well as having marshmallows at the fire. We were very sad to go...everyone really had a great time. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We appreciated it!
