Two car garage. Fully furnished with queen bed in master, queen bed in 2nd bedroom and pull out queen bed in 3rd bedroom. Amenities include granite countertops in kitchen, tiled floors throughout except bedrooms (carpet). Washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with filtered water and ice and a glass-ceramic electric stove and oven in bisque color. Besides central air, there are also 5 ceiling fans including one in the screened lanai. Master bath has soaking tub and enclosed shower with walk-in closets. Fully furnished including 2 bar stools for extended kitchen counter and glass topped mahogany drexel dining room table with 6 chairs. 4 chairs and glass top kitchen set, leather couch and reclining chair. Gated.

My husband and I stayed at this coach home over the summer and had a great time. We biked on the trail through lakes park (owner's bikes) everyday and joined other residents for our daily swim. This unit is immaculate. I will be booking it again in the summer when I have more vacation. People are friendly. Wans't allowed to take my pet Fluffy though. But she had a good time with my sister. We all needed a vacation.
