Beautiful Cocoa Beach 2nd floor condo. Three (3) bedrooms, and two (2) bathrooms on the beach with fantastic view. Includes easy access stairs and elevator. Ocean/beach/pool view from the balcony, living room, kitchen and master bedroom (sleeps six). Completely furnished full kitchen with all appliances. You will have everything you need including beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. King size bed in the master bedroom, two (2) twin size beds in second bedroom, and a Queen size bed in the third bedroom. All bedding and towels provided.

Just 1 mile north is the world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop for a great shopping experience. Port Canaveral offers daily fishing trips, Casino Cruise Ships leaving twice a day, enjoy lunch or dinner in a restaurant on the water. Large cruise ships leaving Port Canaveral daily. Don’t miss the space center at Cape Kennedy!!

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates- Weekly $900 to $1,400, Monthly $2,200 to $3,000 (Monthly add $75 for utilities) & 3/Day minimum $165 per night.

    WATCH FOR SPECIAL RATES !!

    Rental period runs from Saturday (3:00 PM) to Saturday (10:00AM). A refundable damage deposit of $200.00 is required, by check or money order, to confirm your booking and the final payment is due 30 days prior to the rental period. Please add 11% Florida lodging tax and a cleaning fee of $85.00

    100% refund on deposits if cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to rental period.

    No pets are allowed or smoking in the unit (except on balcony).

    We will try to accommodate all your rental requirements, please contact us for special needs or additional information and details. Monthly rentals are available upon request.

BEST KEPT SECRET ON COCOA BEACH!

This is a beautiful well maintained building in a great area in Cocoa Beach. It's close to everything.

We scrambled and found this listing, it appealed to us and we contacted the owner of this listing who was most accomodating and very personable. She took care of all the arrangements quickly and efficiently and let us get our vacation back on track!

This unit is extremely well maintained, furnished and equipped and is in a beautiful, quiet condomimium complex. Pool area is gorgeous, entire property is right on the beach.

We almost hate to write this review so as not to call too much attention to it, but we are very, very happy here and will most definitely return again!
