Great family area! Walk to ocean beaches, only 3/10 of a mile to South Shore Drive beaches! Close to Rt 28, mini golf, batting cages, restaurants, groceries... best location! Fully renovated! New kitchen including cabinets, counter top and appliances. Full bath and half bath completely renovated! Washer/dryer in half-bath. All rooms bright, clean and comfortable! Newly painted, floors refinished, like new! BR #1 has queen size bed; BR #2 has twin bunk beds and twin size trundle bed (sleeps 4). Trundle beds may be combined to create Queen bed. Queen sleep sofa in living room. Outdoor shower for your convenience after a day at the beach! Large yard with picnic table; gas grill. Two enclosed porches extend your living space... one on the front of the house has full size futon and additional seating. Back porch has table and chairs as well as wicker loveseat, great for dining, reading, and playing games!

This is a great area to enjoy the Fall! Beaches are still warm but the crowds have left! Great restaurants, antique shops, many craft fairs, Scallop Festival, wine tastings, and CLASH (Cape Land and Sea Harvest). Enjoy the sun and walk the National Seashore trails or bike the Cape Cod Rail Trail! Great mid-Cape location, easy access to all!

Enjoy great entertainment at Cape Cod Melody Tent; Cape Cod Baseball League plays all summer! Zooquarium is right up the street. Antique shops on Rt 6A are close by. Great location to go on a whale watch, go to a drive-in movie...mid-Cape offers so many summer activities, restaurants, live entertainment and family events!

Perfect Summer Cottage for Family Vacation

This is our 5th year renting. We look forward to it every year and are so sad when we have to leave. It is a perfect spot. There is just a short walk to the beach and to the shops. My teenagers love to walk to Dairy Queen and mini golf. It also has a great backyard for the kids to run around in. Cathy does a great job decorating the house and we alway enjoy arriving to find the little updates and improvements that have been made to her place. We also love the outdoor shower. There is always a battle at the end of the beach day to see who is going to get in first! Our family cannot wait until we go again next year!

Cathy is so great and her house is absolutely immaculate, she makes sure you have everything that you need for a great vacation. Staying at her house makes you feel like you are at a home away from home, and it has two bathrooms which is great when you have kids! Very close to the beach and area attractions, cannot thank Cathy enough for a wonderful stay!

Great house close to the beach and very clean! Thank you for providing us with a great vacation. The house is charming with a beach theme and has everything for preparing meals. We have four children ages 9-21 and we had plenty of room with much to do for everyone in the area. The owners are quick to respond and welcoming!

Thanks Cathy! Your cottage was perfect. It's both roomy and cozy at the same time. Plenty of room to spread out, never a wait for the bathroom, super yard and huge kitchen. All in walking distance to the beautiful beaches. What more could a family traveling with teenagers want? We had a great time. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great for the family!

My family had a great stay. The cottage was everything and more!! We are already thinking ahead for next summer. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and everything near by to keep the kids busy.The cottage was roomy enough to house all six of us and the two bathrooms were great with the four kids. It was great to have a huge kitchen and grill so that we didn't have to eat out every night.
