Description of the St. Augustine vacation cottage rental
This is an inviting 3 bedroom, 2 bath recently remodeled 'cottage' mobile home. Fully fenced with a white picket fence in front and privacy fencing on sides. Canal in back has docks and leads to the intra-coastal waterway. Bring your boat or rent one nearby. Boat launches close by. Plenty of paved parking for your boat trailer and cars. Outdoor shower, tiki bar with deck, bikes, boogie boards, nets, lounge chairs, beach towels, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, picnic table. Walk to the beach with a private deeded access for this neighborhood, walk to neighborhood restaurants. 15 min. from downtown St. Augustine all historic sites, 10 min. to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, pier, parks. This is a clean, bright and airy home, decorated in a beachy/casual motif. Many of our guests return each year, and we hope you will too! We are also pet friendly.

Quaint Crescent Beach is one of the last 'true Florida beaches' . You can still drive on the beach with a small fee and there are plenty of local parks right on the beach in this immediate area. St. Augustine and the historic district are an easy 15 min. drive, or you can take your boat from the back yard and dock at the city marina downtown and walk to all the sights. Our cottage is about 10-15 min. off Interstate 95, which makes it easy to get to anywhere else you'd like to go. So much to do in the area, or just kick back and enjoy the cottage mobile home. Fishing & crabbing off the dock, relaxing in the hammock or on the decks. Walk to the beach or to the local restaurant for lunch. Come enjoy your vacation!

- The first bedroom has a queen size bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom can be twin beds separated or pushed together for king beds. Also 3rd bedroom has views of the canal and can be separated into a suite. A door at the end of the hall can be closed which gives the 3rd bedroom a private bathroom, door to the outside and computer room area. If you have pets, this is also a good room to contain them in when you are gone.

Our 'cottage ' is a double wide mobile home, completely remodeled. It is fun and unassuming on the outside, wonderfully bright, light, clean and airy on the inside and nicely furnished. It is a great vacation home.
