We have designed SunSwept by the Sea to fit the artistry of the area. Stepping through the front gate, you are surrounded by lush plants and flowers creating a unique feeling of privacy. The flowing fountain adds a peaceful comfort year round. Located on one level, the bountiful windows, skylights and vaulted ceilings create an airy, bright spaciousness. On clear days you will enjoy a beautiful ocean view from the kitchen. Flower boxes located along the side of the home are filled with bright flowers throughout the year. Bruno’s gourmet market is two blocks down the road, convenient for those last-minute items you may need. Our guest book shows pictures and menus from our many world-famous restaurants and galleries. Golfing, biking, walking, hiking, shopping. Our guest book provides information on where to go for all of these activities and many more. The Carl Cherry and Forrest theatres are just five minutes away. The newly refurbished Sunset Center features many world-class musicians and makes for a fabulous evening.
