Beautiful views of Chesapeake Bay from the balcony, just short walk to the beach. The house features 3 bedrooms, 3-1/2 bathrooms, completely furnished, wrap around porch and screened in porch also has 2 sun decks, game room with pool table, card table and darts. Cable T.V. in three rooms, outdoor shower, and gated boat ramp.

Forget about the Bay Bridge: Just 45 minutes from the 495 beltway, this charming beach house is walking distance to miles and miles of beautiful beaches. Ideal for surf fishing, boating, swimming, fossil and shark tooth hunting, great for kids and adults.

The House: This three level house has wrap around decks facing all directions with beautiful views on all. Two sun decks, one private sun deck off master bedroom, one off the basement game room.

Basement game room complete with pool table, card table, and darts.

Basement has full bath and laundry facilities also a refrigerator, and cable T.V.

Hardwood floors on main level and fireplace in livingroom.

Screened-in porch with a view of the bay for enjoying outside dining on teak wood table that seats six.

Modern kitchen with all the conveniences of home, with microwave oven, automatic ice maker and flat top stove

Property was clean and comfortable and plenty of room for our party of five to spread out. Setting was lovely, view was great, peace and quiet was excellent, host was friendly and provided all of the amenities as listed, except we couldn't find a cooler anywhere.

Screened in porch was perfect for enjoying the view and the breeze. We ate all of our meals there and just hung out there a lot .

Convenient location for easy access to D.C.

Only negative comment I have is that we were very disappointed to find the beach and water full of jellyfish the entire week. We couldn't enjoy the beach or the water at all. A couple of the locals told us that it's that way every year during the last week of July and first week of August. Had we known that, we would have gone to another area for our beach vacation.

I would recommend this property to friends, but would not advise them to go during the week that we visited. If it weren't for the jellyfish, I would give the property a 4-star rating.

This is a very charming house - looks even better in reality than on the pictures. Everything works and in order. Plenty of space. Private Beach is a minute away - we even found two shark teeth!!!!! Will book again!

Awesome Relaxing Getaway Home!

This home was everything one could have wanted in a relaxing getaway and more. I booked this rental with a group of young family members (ages 21-27). Everything advertised was there, and more! Neighbors were extremely nice and homeowner was there to greet us upon our arrival. Beach is literally a walk away and the bay is extremely relaxing (spent nearly everyday there!) Beautiful fire pit for roasting marshmellows and an outdoor barbeque proved a perfect topping to each day. Our favorite place to relax was the beautiful screened in porch on the main level where we shared most of our meals, played cards, and listened to music using the free Wi-Fi internet available throughout the house. Basement was equipped with darts, pool table, and a card table. There were plenty of TV's as well even though we spent little time watching them! One of the nicest surprises upon our arrival was the outdoor hammock- great for curling up with a good book and taking in the beautiful sights! All in all, this was one of the best getaways our family has ever had and we eagerly look forward to returning next year. Thanks so much for your beautiful home, Luci & Tracy!

My family of six had a great time at your house, it was spotless and had everything we could possibly want. There was room for everyone to hang out together or be by yourself. We loved the beach and fossil hunting. Plan to come back next year. Thanks!
