    Minimum Rentals: 7 days during Hi Season and 4 days during Low
    Season. Exceptions allowed for fill ins.

    Prices above do not include 13% Florida State Tax .
  • A minimum deposit of $350 must be received before a reservation will
    be held. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    Bookings with less than 8 weeks till arrival require the entire
    amount be paid at booking.

    A refundable $350 Security/Breakage Deposit is required. It will be
    returned, within 3 weeks after departure, when we have confirmation
    that the accommodation, fixtures, etc. are in the same condition as
    when you arrived and vacated on the correct day/time.

    Personal Checks for USD are acceptable if received NOT less than 30
    days prior to arrival. Less than 30 days, please use Paypal, Credit
    card, Money Order or Certified Check.

    There is a $100 cleaning fee which is waived on all rentals of 7
    days
    or more.

    Standard Pool Heat (80-84 degrees) is $25/day and for your comfort
    should be ordered prior to arrival.

    Check in time is 4:00pm, Check Out Time is NLT 10:00am.

    I will not rent to anyone under 23 years of age.

MY favorite part was the fully stocked kitchen!! Big house!! NICE!!

We just returned from spending a wonderful week at Nemo's Reef. We had 11 family members gathered to celebrate an 80th birthday, and the house was just perfect for all. It is clean and spacious, has a wonderful floor plan, is fully equipped for cooking and eating at home. The pool is wonderful, and very private,as there is a wooded area behind the house, and fences up on either side of the lanai. Bob is very gracious, and the management company were very friendly and helpful when we called with questions during our stay. Also, Disney World really is just a 10 minute drive away. We would highly recommend this house!

I am a repeat customer from May of 2006 at Bob's Nemo's Reef and loved every minute of my stay in his beautiful home. It is a first class home in all aspects, clean, big, close to everything, quiet,easy access,and well taken care of. It has all of the 5 star tributes except the price which is much lower than the best motels in the Disney area. I would recommend Bob's home to anyone that loves going on vacation, but also enjoys the quiet of a peaceful evening after a stressful day of tourist activities. Thanks Bob for sharing your wonderful Home with Us again!

Bob, Thank you very much for letting us rent your beautiful house. My extended family and I had a wonderful time. We were impressed by the proximity to everything including Disney! The pool was beautiful. My nephews loved swimming. We look forward to our next visit.

This is a great property. With no traffic you can get to Disney gates in less than 10 minutes. Lots of space. We would stay there again.
