1550 square foot townhouse located on the East side of A-1A. Three nice bedrooms all located upstairs. Two bathrooms upstairs with 1/2 bath downstairs. All new tile and floors throughout. Flat Screen LCD TV in master bedroom with private balcony overlooking courtyard. Large 42' Plasma TV located in large downstairs great room with private patio. High Speed Wireless Internet. Large Dining Room with table for 6 and nice kitchen with all new appliances. Includes three bar stools as well. The Quail Hollow Complex is gated with electronic access with a nice walkway over the dunes to Crescent beach. The beach is perfect with limited crowds and is well spaced from public access areas. The unit has no ocean views but you can hear the ocean at night from your bed. Very nice and extremely clean.
