Villa Florella is tastefully furnished and well equipped. The living room has excellent sea views and patio doors leading out onto the terrace. There is a separate kitchen fitted with every convenience for a self-catering holiday. The master bed room has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms with twin beds, sharing a shower room. There is a sunbathing terrace with sun beds surrounding the kidney shaped, 7 metre long heated pool. From this terrace there are panoramic views out onto the sea, looking out over Arrecife, Puerto del Carmen and over to the neighbouring island of Fuertaventura. Villa Florella boasts a heated pool, satellite tv, dvd/vcr player, barbecue, dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, safe.

Villa Florella is situated in the lively village of Tías, within easy walking distance from Tias´ many restaurants, bars and shops. It is only 2.5 km (about 1 mile) from the new 18 hole golf course 'Lanzarote Golf', which opened in March 2008. The villa is only a 10 minute drive from the golden beaches and entertainment in the tourist resort Puerto del Carmen. Villa Florella is the perfect choice for those who prefer to be in a quieter location yet within easy reach of the amenities of the main resort. Tias is centrally located on the island, an ideal location from which to explore it.

My family and I stayed at this villa for Christmas 2006. We had a wonderful time. The owner is exceedingly helpful and the villa is exactly as advertised. I would recommend to all my friends and family.

The roads around the villa can be a little rough by UK standards but are typical of the Lanzarote roads. Tias has enough for a relaxing break and Puerto del Carmen is only a short drive away.
