Turf makes the day..

Ireland, late autumn, wet, windy and wonderful. Raincoat, hat, good shoes and warm pullovers on. Out in the mornings, packed lunches, golfoutfit and off we went. Thougths about work, stress and "have-to-do-this-and-that" flew away in the wind. The Atlantic in sight every day, at new stops (golf-courses) nearby, gave an inside harmony. This together with the Irish wind, that we got used to, gave us a new close to nature experience. Good shopping, lambsteak, at the local butchers and back home to our cottage late afternoon, the cottage felt like home. Everýthing you need for cooking at home was there. After a nice homecooked dinner with a pint or two of Guinnes we sat down by the fireplace. Got the turffire burning, we felt warm, happy and tired. Totally relaxed by the fire gave us lots of new energy for the next day. New places to see, a new challange, a new scenic wiew, a new experience to fill our mental rucksack with. Staying in this cottage gives lots of different choices, not far to go and the cottage is full of booklets with information, ideas and maps which makes it easy to plan for your stay. Everybody that is longing for a relaxed stay, with active life during the day and a relaxing evening by the turffire should choose Roosky Cottage.
