Some comments from past renters:: 'We had a wonderful time! The place is beautiful. We felt our stay was short... and would love to come back soon.' --Reena 6/08

'Your place was wonderful. The location was great for us to get back and forth to Santa Rosa. It's decorated great and supplied great.' --The Kraus' 9/08
This condo comfortably housed myself and 5 others (and our 3 cars) for a weekend in the area which included trips into Sonoma and Santa Rosa. The condition of the condo was excellent and we immediately felt right at home. There is a great market a short couple of minutes away, as well as a range of restaurants. The condo was accurately advertised, and my expectations were met, if not exceeded. Would most definitely stay here again!
This is a very well-maintained and very comfortable 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The condo is well furnished with comfortable chair,s couch and beds. The kitchen has every tool the average cook would want. In addition, the cabinets came stocked with the basics, such as salt, pepper, spices, sugar, oil, vinegar, condiments, etc. There is a Safeway in Rohnert Park, so we did a lot of cooking and really appreciated the great kitchen. The patio and grill are also nice, but it was too cold for us to enjoy those. There is a good computer available and wi-fi in the condo. We did experience periods when the internet connection seemed weak or gone, but this seemed to be the provider, not the wi-fi, since the wi-fi signal was strong throughout the condo. The quiet location provides a convenient base for trips to Sonoma and Napa valleys and the Sonoma Coast as well as day trips to San Francisco. I highly recommend this property.
Four of us (2 couples) stayed here during the annual Food & Wine Festival and it could not have been more perfect. The photos provide an accurate depiction. The condo is well decorated and uncluttered. The beds are comfy and I loved the large window in the Master Bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and well stocked, so check before you venture to the store, which isn’t exactly around the corner. A few people that traveled with us came to visit and the large dining room table was perfect for playing a few games. It was on the cold side while we were there so we didn’t take advantage of the patio. Brandy was a dream to work with. She’s quick to respond and always pleasant.
We planned for a short weekend to visit my son who is attending Sonoma State University. We ended up extending 2 extra days. Brandy was very prompt in replying to all our questions regarding the initial reservation and extended 2 days. The unit is very clean with everything you need (including a bbq grill) to cook meals for a college student missing home-cooked meals.
Brandy's Rohnert Park condo was a perfect location for my Iraq Army buddies and my reunion after five years. The location is central to Sonoma county with easy access to wineries and breweries along the 101 and wineries along the 12. It really enabled us to fully enjoy the valley without having to worry too much about travel issues.
The place is a little smaller (it's a condo, not a house) but perfect for my buddies and I; there were six of us, and the condo easily fit us. The living room was great, we loved the outside deck and BBQ, and this is easily the best place in the area for the price!
Most of all Brandy's communication was excellent. I cannot tell you how frustrating it was for me trying to get hold of other owners as they took too long or were vague with their answers. Brandy responded within 24 hours to everyone of my emails with accurate answers to my questions both prior to my reserving the condo and leading up to my stay. Additionally, she left impeccable instructions for checking out and my security deposit was refunded within a few days. She was amazing.
Ultimately, her place is the best value 6-person location in Sonoma. It is a little quaint, but perfect for small groups. I recommend this place to any group of friends getting together in the area or for any couples that decide to travel together for the weekend.
Very nice clean and comfortable. The owner pays attention to the small things, such as chocolates on the counter, ice chest with beach towels, wine passes, and paper goods- all things we really appreciated. Well-stocked kitchen utensils, huge deck with barbecue, and a nice diverse selection of movies. Nice, safe neighborhood with restaurants, etc near by.
Rohnert Park is a great central location for visiting all that Sonoma County has to offer. The rugged Northern California coast, the lush wine country, San Francisco and other quaint towns like Sebastopol, Windsor, Guerneville, Sausalito and Tiburon are each about a 15-45 minute drive in any given direction.
Condo amenities include utilities, computer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, hair dryers, 42' flat screen TV, DVD player with CD, MP3 & iPod hook up & AM/FM radio. WiFi, high speed internet & local/long distance phone service included. There is a local park 2 blocks away which has a pool and tennis courts, as well as a play area for kids. Easy access to highway 101 and the Sonoma/Napa wine country, golf & spa hot spots.
