Newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo with internet access located within walking distance of Sonoma State University & Starbucks. Local park with swimming pool, tennis courts, baseball diamond, etc. just a few blocks away.

The condo has 3 bedrooms. Two rooms have queen beds and one room has 2 twin beds. Sleeps a total of 6.

$200/night - 2 night minimum;

$1,200/week (7 nights)

Rohnert Park is a great central location for visiting all that Sonoma County has to offer. The rugged Northern California coast, the lush wine country, San Francisco and other quaint towns like Sebastopol, Windsor, Guerneville, Sausalito and Tiburon are each about a 15-45 minute drive in any given direction.

Condo amenities include utilities, computer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, hair dryers, 42' flat screen TV, DVD player with CD, MP3 & iPod hook up & AM/FM radio. WiFi, high speed internet & local/long distance phone service included. There is a local park 2 blocks away which has a pool and tennis courts, as well as a play area for kids. We were fortunate to find this outstanding rental location while attending a wedding in Rohnert Park. The condo unit was well equipped, well maintained and the location was exceptional for our needs. We enjoyed a night grilling out for our guests prior to the wedding. We loved sitting outside on the deck with a very nice table and deck chairs. We did need to do some laundry while traveling and the washer and dryer were very conveniently located. We highly recommend this rental condo. We loved the location and the condition of our rental. FIVE STARS!!!!!

A Successful Family Event

Five family members traveled from OR to a family event and were so fortunate to find this condo. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. It is clean, well furnished, plenty of linens and every kitchen amenity you can possibly need. The owner was prompt, courteous and friendly as we made the arrangements. I only wish we'd had time to loll on the gorgeous deck.

CLEAN, SPACIOUS ACCOMMODATIONS

My family needed a place to stay while attending a wedding and this condo fit the bill perfectly! The property was lovely, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. (We only had to buy food.) The computer w/printer on site were lifesavers! Dealings with the property owner were a pleasure. She responded promptly to our inquiries, left plenty of instructions about using the unit and its amenities, and returned our deposit quickly. She also provided detailed information regarding area attractions. This property was a GREAT value!! Six adults fit comfortably and the price tag was a fraction of what we would have spent on hotel rooms (that only offer a bed and a bathroom). We would highly recommend this rental to friends and family.

What a pleasant experience! Garage, kitchen, DVD player, BBQ, patio deck...all the things you don't get in a hotel room! Very close to Sonoma State University (our reason to go there). Clean, well-thought-out accomodations. We especially liked dealing with the owner/management. Easy access to shopping malls and independent business. We will take advantage of this unit whenever we come to visit!
