You will feel at home in this large (750 sq. feet), open plan 1 bedroom apartment in the very heart of Paris. At the edge of the Marais district, near the Pompidou Center, it is only a few minutes walk from most of the important sites of Paris. On the 5th floor, with elevator, it overlooks a courtyard and the roofs of Paris and is very quiet. It is air-conditioned. The owners are art collectors and love cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped to create gourmet meals to entertain your friends in your own mini-art-gallery (the dining table seats 6 comfortably), but if you are lazy the area is full of great restaurants. Note: This apartment is strictly for non-smokers - Smokers need not apply!

Just a block North of the Pompidou Center, the apartment is practically at the exact center of Paris, only 15 minutes walk from Notre Dame or the Louvre. At walking distance from several great markets, it is within 200 yards of at least 3 bakeries, several wine shops and many restaurants!

    For longer stays, a weekly maid service is included in the rate.
    We accept only payment in Euros.
  • 50%, non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.
    Balance is due 3 weeks before the start of the rental.
