The Snow House is located 100 steps from the harbor, 6 blocks from the center of town and only one house up from Commercial Street. This beautiful home boasts water views, a roof deck, oversized bedrooms, stainless steel kitchen, a large yard with stainless steel gas grill, central air conditioning, and parking for four cars (2 tandem spots). The designer chef’s kitchen features a Viking six burner gas range, Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, Miele oven and Bosch dishwasher. Cooking is made even more enjoyable by virtue of the open floor plan which connects the kitchen to the dining area with seating for eight. The oversized living room with fireplace is just steps away. The house has stereo speakers throughout, wireless Internet, color printer/fax machine, and two high definition flat screen televisions with high definition cable.

Best House in Ptown

This house was the perfect choice for my 40th birthday celebration in Ptown. The house had been totally remodeled, with all the modern comforts, without losing any of its Ptown charm.
All 8 of us were very comfortable and never felt crowded. It was very hard locating a place that could accommodate all of us and we found the perfect house.
The gourmet kitchen was perfect for the chefs in our group; and the dining tables inside and out gave us great locations for each meal.
We sat on the deck the night of July 4th, and watched the fireworks in the harbor. A great memory. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor shower, the professionally landscaped yard and the convenience to everything in town. We didn't have to drive anywhere once we arrived.
The owners were very professional and all questions before and during the stay were answered immediately.
The house was immaculate when we arrived and there was nothing we needed once there. The king sized beds were the best!!!
Definite plusses: King sized beds, washer and dryer on site, huge gourmet kitchen, parking for 4 cars, huge landscaped yard, outdoor shower, large outdoor grill, 4 toilets, 2nd floor rooftop deck, centrally located in town, great flat screen tv with surround sound, excellent central A/C, giant walk-in showers, Jacuzzi tub, storage for clothes/luggage/etc...
Worth every penny.
We will definitely be returning to Ptown and will only be staying here.

What a great house!

A group of 16 of us traveled from Seattle to Provincetown to celebrate a 40th birthday. 8 of us had the great fortune to stay in the Snow house and the other 8 of us stayed in a house nearby that could not hold a candle to this one. I agree that the pictures give you an idea of this house but do not do it justice. The house has been amazingly renovated, it is spacious, is very well appointed (especially the kitchen), is in an ideal location, has a beautiful yard, is perfect for entertaining and relaxing with a large group. On another note, the owners were very pleasant to deal with. We all could not have been happier and agree we would not want to stay anywhere else on our next trip to Provincetown.

Perfect location!

This is an amazing house in a perfect location. You are just one house away from Commercial Street, yet it feels secluded enough to enjoy your "drink of the day" on the rooftop deck in peace. And while you are up there you can also enjoy the surround sound speaker system and the view of the wonderfully landscaped gardens. This is an ideal place for a large group (we had 7). There are 3 showers inside and 1 great outdoor shower. The kitchen is state of the art and Michael has everything that you need to do some cooking and eating at home. It is about a 10 minute walk to the center of town and even close enough to walk (definitely close enough to bike) to the grocery store. From the plasma televisions to the jacuzzi tub to the washer/dryer and wireless internet, this place has tons of amenities. When we return to P-town, this will be where we stay!

Even Better Than The Pictures

First of all - the pictures on the internet do NOT do the house justice. I rented the house for a long weekend in April to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday and as soon as we walked in -- we knew it was going to be an amazing weekend. The homeowner Michael (who is wonderful) greeted us as soon as we got there and gave us a tour. Needless to say - everyone felt lucky to be staying there and kept asking me how I found such a beautiful spot. All the bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are even better. Just try to the huge Jacuzzi tub! The house is incredibly clean and outfitted with everything you would ever need from a gourmet kitchen to surround sound and a roof deck that is perfect for drinking wine. If you're thinking of renting a house in Ptown - this is the place! Enjoy!
