5 bedroom 2 story home located 1/2 mile from some of Maui's best beachs, located in South Kihei Maui Hawaii on the Wailea border has been completely remodeled, decorated in Hawaiian beach decor. Everything is new! Fully furnished with all the comforts of home includes the following amenities:

This home has 2 levels with a full kitchen and living room on each level. For smaller families ask owners for cost to rent just one level.

Great location walking distance to beach and minutes from Shops and restaurants of Wailea and South Kihei.

Enjoy ocean and mountain views including the island of Lanai from upper over sized deck with misters. Ground level covered patio stays cool adjacent to large yard. Each patio has BBQ.

There is a 5 person Jacuzzi tucked away in its own private bamboo oasis after your day at the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, coolers boogie boards and snorkel gear provided.

Amazing!!!!

We rented this house to stay in for our wedding in May. We had both our parents and siblings stay with us which was amazing to be able to all stay in the same place together, but not feel like we were crowded. The house is very well maintained and in the perfect location. The beach is only a few blocks away which was perfect for our morning walks!! The owners were very nice and helpful and we felt that they truly cared for us. We had a small issue with ants and we called Loren and he was over there that same day to take care of it for us!! They also provided sand toys, chairs and all kinds of beach stuff for us to use which definitely saved us from having to rent all that! We all can't wait for our next family vacation to Hawaii, we will definitely be staying here again!

Great Time in a Great House!

The 9 of us just got back from a week in your house and couldn't be happier! Everything was perfect from the view to the decorating - to the quiet location. We left you a couple of boogie boards. Couldn't believe the amount of beach stuff you had for us to use. None of the guys who needed snorkel gear had to rent at all - they just used from your shed. We also appreciated the advice on activities and general Maui information you gave. Love the place and hope to be back soon!

Thanx Loren & Denise....had an awesome time in Maui!! The house was spacious accomodating 12 people comfortablely. Your home had EVERYTHING we needed to make it feel like our home. Convenient location to amenities and close to the beach made it a perfect choice for a family vacation! Will definitely come back to Maui and would definitely rent your place again!

Spent a week with the family at the house. Absolutely fantastic! Very spacious place kept in great condition. Nice TVs, great appliances, a private hot tub, spacious rooms, lots of beach toys, and so many thoughtful extras (detergent in the laundry room, nice cutlery in the kitchen, etc). Definitely the perfect place to take a load off and drop all the worries. The owners are great--very helpful in pointing us to fun attractions, providing whatever info we needed, etc. Loren even went out with us for a quick scuba dive to orient ourselves at the start of the week. An absolutely fantastic place, run by fantastic people. Would recommend any time. Thanks!

WOW!

Well, the eight of us just got back this past Friday, (09-16-11) and we had a GREAT time! Stayed seven nights/ eight days! This is my second time to your Beautiful house, sixth time to Maui, and the Maui House did not disappoint! For those of you reading this and thinking, should I or shouldn't I, just do it! You will be so glad you did! The house is clean, quiet, big, totally furnished and the location couldn't be better! Worried about parking? We had three cars and there was still plenty of room for more! The spa in the back yard...WONDERFUL! Especially after a long day of site seeing! We used one of the two barbecues a couple of nights to cook our dinner - so good! Oh yeah, the yards are beautiful too! Denise and Loren obviously have a green thumb because their front and back yard couldn't look any prettier! Will I come back? I am all ready booking my stay for next year! Maui no ka oi means Maui is the best! So is the Maui House! Denise and Loren.....Thank you so much for being great hosts! You guys ROCK!
