New 5 Star villa, air conditioned with 4 flat TV starting from 32" in the bedrooms up to 61" in the living room. Denon Theatre system, Playstation 3, cable TV, Bose outdoor speaker system, Bose iPod docking station, Laptop high speed internet/phone, dining table and nook.

Pool table, air hockey, table soccer, jogging machine, stepper machine, 5 mountain bikes, 2 golf memberships (Rotonda courses selected), Heated pool with wheelchair access, Hot tub, contemporary Italian leather and solid wood designer furniture.

10-15 minutes to beaches. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets and banks etc are all 5 minutes drive away.

Very Child Friendly.

Fantastic house, the owners have thought about everything

Absolutely amazing home, everything is brand new and top of the range, very very clean and immaculate, a truly perfect home from home. The owner has put so much attention to detail and the home has everything you could possible need and more. So much so that when we bought our son a battery operated toy and found we needed a screw driver, the owners even had a small tool box so he could happily play with the new car and we didn’t need to go out to the store again. This just shows how much thought has gone into the property.

We have stayed in many homes across the US and this one is up there as one of the best we have ever stayed in. Congratulations to the owners, they did an excellent job.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children

AWESOME HOME

My husband and I have enjoyed this stay as well as 2 years ago, it feels so much like home to us. This home is convenient to shopping, the beach, churches, library, grocery stores, restaurants and great for walking.
Owners and management are just the best!! Always want us to be comfortable and happy here.
The house and pool are very clean, and well appointed, and the pool bath and outdoor shower are the greatest!
I would definitely recommend any of owners properties to family and close friends, of course only after my dates were on the calender, lol.
We are looking forward to our next stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
