Booking 2009/ 2010 LAKE FRONT HOME, ( Sleeps 10). Enjoy your dock, lawn area, sunbathing, fire-pit, by the water on your own private beach. This house is great for a larger family or 2 families. Located on a private road, just 11 scenic miles from downtown Sandpoint (15 min. by boat ). Marina, boat rentals, launch and dining 5 min away. This location is private and peaceful nestled in a beautiful bay, away from the summer crowds and traffic. The house is in full sun all day and boast lake views from every room. The rooms are bright and airy with high ceilings and lots of windows. The large wrap around decks which over look the bay, are great for entertaining or just relaxing and enjoying the sunsets. ***Private dock, beach fire pit, private road and great location are just a few of highlights to this home.

The home is located 11 miles N. of Sandpoint Id. The house is on the water in a beautiful bay, Bottle Bay (Sagle area) 15 min. boat ride to Sandpoint or 5 mins to Bottle Bay Marina off of Hwy 95. Great and popular location which is on a private rd. quiet and peaceful , with 100 acres of national forest behind the home. Northern Idaho is the perfect outdoor getaway. This is a boaters and fisherman's dream, not to mention hiking, golf and biking. Concerts and art festivals are highlights in the summer. Only 55 miles to British Columbia or short drive to Montana for fly fishing and white water rafting. The Jack Nicklaus Golf Resort (Idaho Club) is right outside Sandpoint, is considered one of the most beautiful, with moose grazing on the golf course. We have some of best dining in Idaho with romantic lake front views or pull up on your boat to the many resorts on the lake. Come enjoy the Northern Idaho Dream! Notes: We are conveniently located across the bay (5min.) from Bottle Bay Resort. 'No boat, no worry'! The marina rents ski boats, pontoon boats, canoes, paddle boats and jet skis. There is a boat launch there for our guests to use for a small fee. Camping and RV parking is located at the marina which comes in handy for extended family and friends. Short 10 min. drive you can find all your fishing, boating supplies, groceries and firewood. Sandpoint offers a shuttle to and from the Spokane Airport, for those extra quests arriving. If you and your family are planning a family reunion, we can make arrangements for larger parties to rent another home on our street or small cabins 5 min. away for those special events. *The driveway is a bit steep but shouldn't be a problem in the summer. We have a 2 car parking pad on street level,a 1 car pad at top of drive -way and a garage for additional parking.There is a small 1 car lane that runs between the house and grass area ( about 8 ft. ).

The lake is where to be on the 4th of July. Great fire works on the lake, old time parade. Also in July for the boat lover, we have a antique boat show and 2 day fair at the Sandpoint Marnia. See the old Chris Crafts cruise the lake.
