Description of the Hill City vacation cottage rental
Our family friendly custom handcrafted log home will sleep 2-10 persons. A patio area with gas barbecue and outdoor hot tub is attached. We have a variety of amenities such as gourmet kitchen, dishwasher, jacuzzi tub, two master bedroom suites, clothes washer, and dryer. Additional services such as stocking your refrigerator with food, seasonal decor, and activity planning is available. This is the ideal location in the Heart of the Hills for access to the 1880 Train in Hill City, The Needles Highway, Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park and the many lakes and recreation of the Black Hills Area.

Cancellations & Refunds
If reservation is canceled 60 days in advance a full refund of the deposit will be made less a $65 processing fee.
If the cancellation is later the refund will be based on whether the cottage can be re-rented.
All reservations may be rescheduled according to availability with a full transfer of the deposit to the new time frame.
Deposits:
To confirm your reservation a deposit of 1/2 of your stay is required.
Visa, MasterCard or Discover are the preferred methods of payment.
Balance is paid upon arrival.
