Our Luxury Villa in Orlando is an outstanding new property completed in August 2005 & adjoins the famous Florida Reunion Resort. The villa has its own private pool & jacuzzi and an extended deck area, allowing plenty of space for sunbathing. There is also a covered lanai, great for escaping the midday Florida sun or sitting around the table in the evening enjoying a glass of wine. Our villa backs on to conservation to the rear, giving extra privacy - the perfect place to relax & enjoy your holiday in Orlando. All linens & towels, including additional pool towels are provided. Our villa has an upgraded furniture package adding to its luxury and comfort. There is full air-conditioning/heating throughout plus ceiling fans in all the rooms. With two master en-suite bedrooms & two twin bedrooms serviced by a third bathroom, & the additional sofa bed in the lounge that sleeps two, this villa is the perfect choice where parties up to 8 people can enjoy their Florida/Disney vacation.

Location: Davenport Area < Disney / Orlando < Florida < USA

We are located just 10 minutes from Disney with all its attractions. Downtown Orlando is just a short drive away. Just a minute walk from the villa there is a children's playground with swings and slides. The famous shopping malls Premium Outlets, The Florida Mall and The Mall of Millenia are all within a 20 - 35 minute drive. The beautiful Cocoa beach is only 45 minute drive and Clearwater is only 1 hours drive away so plenty for the family to do. Sandy Ridge is only 10 minutes from Disney and other Florida Theme parks and attractions. There is also an abundance of golf courses near the villa Champions Gate being the closest- just 5 minutes away. Nearby there are Italian, Chinese,and French restaurants, a Subway and Mcdonalds. There is also an excellent Publix supermarket. Orlando International Airport is just 30 minutes away and Sanford Airport 45 minutes, allowing easy access to Florida and the Disney area.

There is also a second living room offering that adult escape for relaxation while the children watch TV or play on the Playstation in the main living area - or indeed it could be used by younger guests as their ' chill out'room. This extra living room could also be used as an extra bed room as it has a sofa bed. All rooms are on one level, with sliding doors leading from the living room to the pool area.The pool area is fully screened to keep insects out.The villa is only 10 minutes from Disney and 5 minutes from Champions Gate Golf course - one of Florida's finest. In order to keep our villa clean and fresh for all our guests we have adopted a No Smoking, No Pets policy. We are confident you will enjoy your Florida stay at our luxury vacation home. My family and I have stayed here two times this year. Once during Spring Break and in the Summer.You get ton of extras for the price they charge. A heated pool with hot tub within 10 minutes of Disney World is hard to beat for the price. We are from Florida and most likely will stay here again if it is available.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
