Nantucket cottage just four houses from beautiful Ventura Beach. Very private with lovely patio and gardens. Outdoor fireplace for the perfect marshmallow roast. Parking for three cars with garage storage for your bicycles, razors, beach toys, etc. Enjoy the fresh produce market and restaurants nearby within walking distance or bicycling. Check out the park on the water or go to the harbor for shopping and dining. After spending the day on the beach, take a short drive to Main Street where you will find trendy restaurants and boutique shopping along with great antique stores. Take a deep-sea fishing day trip or fish off the local pier. Visit the quaint towns of Ojai or Santa Barbara checking out the mission, zoo, art show, theater, wine tasting tours and more. If you love the beach, this is the one, private, clean and the most beautiful sunsets.
