The view was our favorite part of this rental, just as beautiful as in the pictures. Spending time on the deck with coffee or cocktails was splendid. The AC and ceiling fan worked great when we needed it, but that was only a few evenings. The place was very clean, kitchen well stocked for two, coffee maker and grinder were my most used items. Plenty of hot water for showers. WIFI worked perfectly, nice to post my pictures on facebook in the evenings. Plenty of fresh towles, ice chest, some beach chairs ( they are sorta on their last leg, but OK). Easy parking, but that last hill up to the house is a challange the first time, after a day or so you'll be a pro.! Bed was confortable, we slept great. I saw a few tiny ants, but that was my own fault, left some crumbs on the counter. I heard one misquito one night. Close to Starfish Market and all the action in town. We did'nt use the pool but it looked beautiful. Really private when we were there, where was everybody? Got a real good deal at the last minute on this little villa, fresh flowers in a vace when we arrived. Just one negative for us was the narrow spiral staircase to the bedroom, I did'nt like that. I would return. If you rent here or anywhere on the island put out a bowl of sugar on the deck and see a sweet gang of yellow birds get a sugar high (Bananaquits). We had just a perfect time in St. John!
