This top floor unit (7th floor) is located at Is Echos on Okaloosa Is., 6 miles from Destin, same sugar white beaches but not the congestion. This unit has two bedrooms and two full baths. It has all the amenities of home. A kitchen with all the dishes, flatware, pots and pans. Also, linens are supplied for the beds and bathrooms. The master bedroom has two queen size beds with windows DIRECTLY ON THE GULF! Newly installed tile floors and washer/dryer in the unit. Also, wireless internet service and free beach service (2 chairs & 1 umbrella) Extra chairs in the unit. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has sliding glass doors to the balcony which looks directly out to the Gulf of Mexico, with a table and chairs to relax and watch the dolphins swim by. The views of the Gulf are truly Awesome! This is a top floor GEM! NON SMOKING UNIT, SORRY NO PETS!
