The Majestic Sun is new and loaded with amenities. The Gulf of Mexico and pool are out front, golf and tennis are out back... It's Perfect! The Majestic Sun features a 3200 sq ft indoor-outdoor pool with waterfall and 2 hot tubs. There is a fitness center on the main floor. Your 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is on the second floor overlooking the Gulf and pool. Your unit is beautifully decorated and features a KING BED in the master bedroom and 2 SINGLE BEDS in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have TVs with VCRs. The living room has a 32' TV with VCR and a stereo/CD, and the sofa is a queen sleeper. The kitchen is loaded with everything you will need, including a blender for frozen drinks. Pets NOT allowed, No Smoking. Your unit is located on the 2nd floor which has direct access to the parking deck without using stairs or the elevator. A new bike/walking path along Old Highway 98 connects the Majestic Sun to the grocery stores and the Silver Shells Outlet Mall (the best one I've found).

The unit was great. It was well maintained and clean. The property manager was easy to work with. We have three children and it was big enough for all of us. The only downside was the crowded beach. We just rented the chairs and umbrella and had a beach front view.
