This Cape Cod house is part of the Private Association which provides a well maintained family environment with a tennis court, shuffle board and access to the bike trial. No worries about going on any busy streets to access the bike trial. Crosby beach in Brewster or Skaket beach in Orleans, both just a little over a mile away. Looking for more waves, you are just 3 miles to Nauset Beach in Orleans. The house is located on the north-side of 6A and is just minutes to Orleans or Nickerson State Park. Many recent updates include, newly painted rooms, renovated bathrooms, brand new deck and outdoor shower. Enjoy ping pong and pool in the basement. Cable TV located in family room, living room, and bedroom.
