Our Observation Point North Unit 463 is the premier location to savor your own special taste of Paradise within the magical Sandestin Beach Resort. Walk out the front door into the heart of quaint Baytowne Wharf (cobbled streets for pedestrians only) with stunning boutiques and lively shops and 19 incredible restaurants, with both casual and upscale dining. Several of the restaurants will deliver or even cater a special event in your condo. Your evenings will be filled with free concerts and movies just steps away on the lawn of the events plaza, music and dancing in the clubs or a moonlit stroll on the pier to see the Marina. Your vacation includes access to a separate private area on the sparkling sugar white sands of our beach. Without even leaving the Key West style building, you can enjoy a lazy day by taking the elevator to the 3rd floor level to enjoy our rooftop outdoor garden area complete with a magnificent swimming pool, separate children's pool, hot tub & Barbecue.

January 4 - January 31, 2009 - having booked online, no idea where we might be going except for a few pictures imagine our delight when we arrived at Baytowne Wharf Village and our beautiful condo. It was wonderful, the condo is absolutely first rate. The Village life is great. The paths throughout the complex are first class. There is a shuttle service so you don't have to drive anywhere, park your car and go. We highly recommend this to everyone, we of course, WILL BE BACK. Thank you Louise and Wes for our wonderful holiday in your piece of paradise.

The condo was perfect! The online reservation process was very convenient. The location could not be any better, right in the heart of the shops and retaurants of the Baytowne Wharf. We enjoyed the piano playing and singing at Rum Runners and had a great breakfast at Another Broken Egg. We will defintely be back.

This condo is nicely decorated and comfortable, with
all the amenities. The location is perfect, walk out the
door and you are right downtown in Baytowne Wharf,
covenient to restaurants and shopping. I would highly
recommend this condo and plan to return soon.

This truly was a slice of paradise with everything at your fingertips. Great beaches, great recreation, great dining, great adventure. Nothing was left out. Wonderful amenities at the condo! So much do to at the resort and much more beyond the resort!!! I would recommend this to all and will definitely be going back soon.......

The location of this condo is perfect.......Beautiful beaches close by. Excellent dining at restaurants that are in walking distance. The facilities are some of the best I have ever seen. I would recommend this condo to anyone of any age... There really is something for everyone.
