Looking to stay close to Disney or Orlando? Welcome to our luxurious 5 bedroom, 3 bath vacation rental that will comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. This large villa boasts a family room and a separate living room, a spacious kitchen with eating bar and breakfast nook, as well as a formal dining room, a fully equipped laundry room and double garage. The study and family room are both furnished with a sofa sleeper. For your entertainment the house also contains several TVs and gaming consoles as well as wireless Internet and cable TV. Free local and long-distance telephone calling to the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico is provided. Climate controlled air conditioning keeps the whole house at the perfect temperature for comfort in the Florida summer. The private pool and spa overlooking Highlands Reserve Golf Course has a full screen enclosure, with padded pool loungers and outdoor dining set on the west-facing deck that lets you take advantage of the beautiful sunset.

The villa is situated on the Highlands Reserve Golf Course, three miles south of West 192 on Hwy 27 in Davenport. A 2 minute walk from the house will bring you to the club house or the community pool, tennis courts, and playground. A 5 minute walk will get you to the Publix grocery store, various restaurants and other services such as banks or pediatrician. Highland Reserves is approximately 12 minutes from the Disney entrance and just a little further you’ll find Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and International Drive. In just one hours drive, you can be walking the sun kissed beaches of both Florida coast lines or taking in a hockey game at St. Pete’s Forum. Frequently there are new stores opening up in the new 80-acre Posner Park shopping plaza 5 minutes south at the junction of Hwy 27 and I-4. Already Target, Belks, Best Buy and Staples have opened with many more to come.

We stayed at the house over Easter vacation and had a wonderful time. Between 8 adults, 2 kids and a baby we had plenty of room and did not feel crowded at all. Leone is very helpful and gets back to you with any questions you may have. When we go again once our youngest is older, we would definitely rent this house again!

My family (immediate/extended) rented this house for 5 days in March of 2010. It worked perfectly for us!! There were 10 of us that stayed there and I never felt like we were crowded. It is conveniently located near Disney, golf, groceries, restaurants, playground, Orlando airport, and a pharmacy. We considered renting hotel rooms near Disney, but this home provided MUCH more space and a better value for your dollar than a hotel. Plus, it has the creature comforts of home...which was very relaxing after a long day at the parks! We would highly recommend this home to friends and family, and would love to stay here again next year for vacation! thanks Leone for all of your professionalism, communication, and hospitality!!
