Great Condo
The condo is spacious and beautiful. So much so that we were taken aback by its size, layout, and decor when we first arrived. I went with my wife and 3 more or less adult kids (ages 17-24). We gave the kids the 3 bedrooms, and slept on the sofa/bed in the livingroom. In contrast to most sofabeds, it was incredibly comfortable (a little hard, but we strongly prefer hard beds, so this was much better to us than a soft mushy bed).
The place has wifi (which was great for us because it really helped us figure our way around). The appliances all worked well. The location, too, was terrific, just a couple of blocks from the beach and right off the 5th Ave walking promenade (no cars!) filled with shops and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even hooked us up with a local guide who shuttled us to and from the airport, and to and from Ek Balaam and Valledolid (and who himself was very interesting, informative, and pleasant).
The only negative was something not too important: The water pressure was pretty low in the bathrooms. We never actually complained about it to the management, so it is possible that
they could have done something about it. But, then, it was not a very big deal and we just
went with the (low) flow.
We would definitely go back. I wish we could have stayed longer.
