This newer condo was built in late 2005 and is located in the luxurious Watermarke condominium resort. It has all the amenities of a modern hotel - and more! This elegant condo resides in a beautiful complex adjacent to the San Joaquin Wildlife Sanctuary. This condo sleeps 4. The bathroom is pristine with a shower/tub combo. It has 18' tile floors and granite countertops throughout. The condo is newly decorated and very clean. It comes fully furnished with new furniture including a queen size bed in the master bedroom, new pull-out queen-size sofa in the living area, 37' plasma HDTV with cable and DVD, wireless Internet in unit, kitchen table that seats 4-6, and washer/dryer. You would find everything in the house catering to your own discriminating tastes. Condo amenities include a heated Jr. Olympic size pool, state of the art gym, playground for children, and walking trails. Located in Irvine center, 1 mile John Wayne airport, 1 mile UC Irvine, 3 miles to Newport Beach

The property is located just minutes from the beach, Disneyland, and Fashion Island. Many nature walking trails are nearby including the San Joaquin Wildlife Sanctuary located across the street as well as the Upper Newport Back Bay Estuary (1 mile away). The bike trail which leads to Balboa Island and the beach is also located across the street from the condo complex. There are many dining options nearby. Down the street is a Ruth Chris' Steakhouse, Houston's, Wahoo's Fish Tacos, and Mother's Market (small restaurant inside). These are a 1/2 mile away and can be walked to if you so choose. There are many golf courses in the area including the famous Pelican Hill golf course located minutes away as well as other local golf courses.

PERFECT Condo made for a PERFECT Vacation!

The condo and property are VERY well maintained with lots of extras. My two children (17 & 12) were at the pool & hot tubs almost every night. Nice way to end a full day of walking, riding, and standing in lines at amusement parks.

The reserved parking spot was very nice and close to the condo. The key remote for the security gate was a little confusing at first but I quickly figured out the small one is for pool/gym and the large one is for parking. Just hold the large one up as if using it as a garage door opener when pulling up to the automatic gate.

Audrey (owner) really did think of everything. The welcome book in the condo listed many useful items. Including nearby restaurants, grocery stores, urgent care centers, etc. One morning my daughter woke up with a fever and sore throat. I opened the welcome book and followed the driving directions from the map inside the welcome book. 10 min later we were at the clinic waiting to see a DR.

Absolutely loved the free WiFi, washer/dryer, quality linens/towells, customer service, and price!

Tons of great shopping and restaurants at The District (approx 10 min), located at 2817 Park Ave, Tustin CA. Found this by mistake when picking up my daughter's medicine.

From start to finish, our stay here was great. The owner was very nice, easy to deal with, and very accomodating. The description was accurate, the property was clean and furnished very well. The thing we appreciated most was all of the little touches that made us feel welcome. From the soaps, to fresh towels and sheets, fresh flowers, helpful restaurant and sample menu guides, cable TV, candles everywhere and extra things like garbage bags and toilet paper; they really did think of everything. The neighborhood is friendly and has everything you could need, and you are close to a great number of attractions. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a place to stay for a quick little getaway, or anyone traveling. (We stayed here when our house was being remodeled.) Again, Audrey (the owner) was great and we were thoroughly pleased from start to finish.
