'A Pair O Docs in Paradise' Beach Side of 30A

All the needs we have to vacation as a family are met in this property. The location was exactly where we expected and the photo was spot on. Any and all questions we had were answered promptly. The place was very clean and well-maintained.
We actually were returning renters having stayed here last summer. I would recommend this property to friends or family. It is close to several good restuarants such as Goat Feathers and Nick's. Also, grocery shopping is very convienent to both the new Wal-Mart and Publix. We will most likely return if the week we need next year is available!

This was our 3rd stay at "A Pair O Docs in Paradise" and as always, everything was wonderful. The weather was great, the water was great and the house had everything we needed. We used the kitchen alot this year and anything we needed was there. Everything about the house is comfort and relaxation.

We went to Destin several times and I had forgotten just how close it is to the house. We also found our way in to Seaside several times, and again, so close. This is just the best location!

We will definitely be back for our 4th stay before too long.

Thanks for the chance to stay in your wonderful house! The house was spacious and cozy at the same time. The kids loved the roomy bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and the big balconies off each bedroom offered even more space to spread out. My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful master suite with its big bathroom, huge closets, and big comfy bed! The kitchen was well equipped, and the living area had the most comfortable couches. The decorations were so cheery and the house was very clean. We had one maintenance issue, and the repair man came within a few hours--wish I could get that kind of efficient response around my house! The neighborhood was charming with a great swimming pool with lots of space, even a large covered patio area to escape the sun for a little while. The beach was so close we could hear the ocean, and the beach was absolutely amazing. It was nice to have a lifeguard on duty, and to have so much open beach space in the middle of June! Santa Rosa was also very charming, and with a new super Walmart and a Publix grocery store within a few miles, we didn't even need to go far from the house! We would love to stay here next time we come to Florida! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!
