Beautiful home in SeaWatch at Kure Beach. Has community pool, tennis courts, and ocean side gazebo with restroom and private walkway that leads to the beach. This 10 year old beach house has rocking chair front porch and 36'x10' screened in back porch. Hardwood flooring, fireplace, and two master bedroom suites. The great room is wide open and spacious and brimming with beach flavor. The third floor has cathedral ceilings and a ocean view deck off third floor master bedroom.

Very nice rental house in a perfect location in Kure Beach. House has very nice amenities and is great for a large group. House comfortably slept 10 adults and 4 infants.
We had a very bad experience a year ago through a realtor in a nearby beach. The house we rented was a duplex which was not disclosed and we had noisy tenants above. The house was dirty and compact and it was stripped of everything useful...This year (our fourth time using VRBO) we arrived to a beautifully decorated, sparkling clean house that felt like home from the moment we stepped through the door. The internet connected easily for our techies, the kitchen was full of the perfect pots and pans and platters for the cooks and the teenagers loved having the basement to themselves. We did not have a worry in the world as we played on the beach, took long walks and played games into the wee hours. The owner recommended perfect restaurants (We loved the Shuckin' Shack and Freddies) and Kure Beach had a lovely family atmosphere. This property could not have been nicer! Our invisible hosts truly were gracious!
This is the sixth year we have stayed at this house for a family vacation which speaks for itself. The house is nicely furnished and equipped. It's a very short walk to the beach while the community pool is almost across the street. Everyone in the family enjoys staying in this house --- no complaints, only compliments!
There are lots of things to do in the greater Wilmington area and many good restaurants at all prices levels. We especially like to take the ferry at Ft. Fisher to Southport for a day's outing.
The owner is always responsive to any issues. Would we recommend this house to friends or relatives ---ABSOLUTELY !
Stayed here for a week; 14 people in all. The home had plenty of room for all of us without feeling like you were on top of each other. Home was clean, in good condition, and has everything you'd need in the kitchen to cook with. We had a couple questions about the home early on in our stay and called the homeowner. The homeowner was very attentive to our concerns and addressed one of our issues. The neighborhood is very appealing and clean - Love the colors! The home is very close to the community pool yet you don't hear noise from the pool. The ocean and life-guarded beach area is a short walk away (the available bathroom on the ocean for community guests is a plus. The ocean can be seen from the back porch and 3rd floor balcony, however we noticed there will be construction on the oceanfront so some of this view may be gone in the future. The closest grocery store (Food Lion) is about 2.2 miles away. Keep in mind the store is extremely crowded on Friday and Saturday. The home is close to the touristy things in Carolina Beach, but being in the Kure Beach area, you're also far enough away from all the touristy traffic. The home is close to the aquarium and Fort Fisher (if you're interested in those things). We would definitely rent this lovely home again and recommend it to anyone needing the space.
This house offered a well maintained enviroment in an ideal location. The owner
communicated effectively and we would not hesitate to recommend this rental.
This home was as great as described-and more! It was lovely inside and out. The Sea Watch community is all new beach houses and looks like "Rainbow Row" of Kure Beach! Not only was it visually appealing, but it was fully equipped and spacious with gathering places and private retreats (TV in each bedroom).
We had 4 generations of our family, and there was something to do for everyone. The walk to the beach was an easy one for all, and the pool was very close. The screened in back porch made a great playroom for the toddler, while parents and grandparents rocked and talked. Teens (and those who get tired of just relaxing on the beach) can walk to the pier and good restaurants to the south. We liked the Pier House's fried seasood, and Big Daddy's wide variety. If you walk north to Carolina Beach's boardwalk (about 2 miles), you find carnival rides, souvenier shops, Britt's donuts, and Frank's Pizza. There were also fire works to watch at the beach.
We had a wonderful time and hope to go to this same lovely home again in the near future!
