Maravilla Resort Community in Destin, Florida offers a beautiful large private beach, tennis courts, two swimming pools, club house facilities, barbecue grills and a fitness center. The resort's private beach is 2.5 acres of sugar white sand along the beautiful Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico in Destin Florida.

Beach service for umbrellas and chairs is included with all rentals. There is a volley ball court set up at the beach for the enjoyment of owners and guest. The beach service also rents kayaks and boogie boards. The gulf front pool is a favorite of Maravilla visitors. The club house pool and the hot tub are heated during cooler weather.

Tennis courts and the fitness center offer the guest hours of great physical fitness while enjoying their time at Maravilla Resort. The clubhouse, suitable for family functions, is equipped with a kitchen and a large screen TV, and can be reserved by guests of Maravilla for an additional fee.

There are three large grocery stores located within two miles of Maravilla as well as other popular shopping destinations including the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and the new Destin Commons Shopping Center.

The Scenic Gulf Drive area of Destin has miles of biking and walking paths enjoyed year-round by visitors to the area. There are bike racks located at Maravilla to secure your bike during your stay. Local vendors have bike rental shops.

Maravilla is a great family resort community to visit in the Destin area. We have the best white sand beaches in the world, a resort community with 2 pools, tennis courts, fitness center and miles of biking/walking paths. There is so much to do in our area with the numerous golf courses, shopping, theatres, live entertainment, great restaurants, fishing and boating.

We stayed in room 3404 and rented at beachcondosindestin and the owners were wonderful to work with. The room was clean and just what we needed. We also had beach chairs set up for our stay that was included in the price and that was awesome as well! I really enjoyed Destin and Maravilla. Maravilla is close to stores and resturaunts like Pompano Joes. Loved it!

Excellent Condo is great beachfront family oriented resort!

We rented at Maravilla for the first time this year and absolutely loved it! We will definitely go back. Pictures don't do it justice! Decorated very well, fully furnished with everything you need including a stackable washer and dryer. Great kitchen and LOVED sitting in bed drinking coffee and looking outside the sliding door on the deck to see the ocean! Really nice to have 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and flat screen tvs. Master Bedroom has amazingly comfortable bed--only complaint is the master bath had a shower only, no tub. My 8 year old thought she was in heaven watching the disney channel in her own bedroom at night before going to sleep! We were on the top floor which i highly recommend, but really the entire resort was very quiet. Heated pool in back of the resort, non-heated pool in the front. 3 minute walk from front door of condo to beach gate. LOVE it, will definitely stay in this one again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

This condo is wonderful! It's clean and spacious and had everything we needed and the master bedroom has a nice view of the ocean! It was close to the beach and the owners were wonderful to work with! The rates were great too. We will definitely be back next year!
