This beautiful second floor villa is the ultimate location for a fantastic vacation on beautiful Seabrook Island, a 2200 acres private resort property just 23 miles from Charleston. The villa is just across the street from the ocean and the beautiful newly-renovated Beach Club with its two pools overlooking the ocean, the outdoor Pelican's Nest Restaurant with panoramic ocean views, and the Seabrook Shop. Right next door is the golf club house. At the new Lake House is a fitness center and indoor pool. The Atrium Villas have just undergone a $2.5 million renovation. The interior of this unit has also been remodeled including an elegant new mater bath with a large Italian-tiled walk-in shower. The spacious deck overlooks the lush golf course and lagoons with even a limited view of the ocean. Enjoy the 2 1/2 miles of wide sandy beaches, watch the dolphins play, ride horses or bikes, play golf or tennis or spend a memorable day in historic Charleston. The choices are yours!

This private resort community offers miles of wide uncrowded beaches, two championship golf course, 15 tennis courts, three pools (one heated, one kiddie), a fitness center, recreation center, an equestrian center, and restaurants and snack bars. Nearby is the Bohicket Marina with additional boating/fishing options and the Fresh Fields village with shops, super market, restaurants and more. Only 23 miles away is historic downtown Charleston with its horse-drawn carriage rides, museums, galleries, shops and world-class restaurants.

Relaxing Vacation!

We had a wonderful week-long vacation in this Villa. The beach was a mere 2 minute walk away, as were both the adult and children's pools. Adjacent to the pools there was also a small private beach area with umbrellas and recliners, where we sat and watch dolphins swim by! The Villa was well cared-for, and the owner and property manager responded very quickly to any questions we had during our stay. Their new Italian tiled shower was spacious and beautifully appointed. I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone looking for the best of both worlds in Charleston -- quiet beach time and a short drive to the excitement of the city.

Thanks so much for letting us use your amazing place for our getaway. The views of the golf course were great. They were both exciting and relaxing all at the same time. The ability to walk just across the street to the pool and/or the ocean was just what we needed.
We found the accommodations much to our liking. The 4 queen size beds meant that each of us had plenty of room and we weren't cramped. What a wonderful time we had. Lots of space. Comfortable beds and sofas. A well equipped kitchen. And the ideal location. Who could ask for anything else. We are already trying to plan our next trip and will certainly want to stay at "your" place.
We would highly recommend that anyone who wants a very relaxing getaway try it.

Fantastic vacation!

Seabrook Island and this particular villa were everything we had hoped for and more! The villa is lovely and has a perfect layout. It was very clean and the owners have provided everything you need. They had toys for small children, DVD movies, books, the works. Bedrooms were huge and the entire villa has lots of space. Beautiful deck overlooking the golf course and right across the street is the beach, two pools (one just for children) and the Club House where we had several excellent meals. All seating at the Club House is outside but "under cover" and it was such fun to have meals while watching the ocean. The owners went overboard to answer any and all questions we had before our vacation began. They have also compiled for use in the condo a wonderful binder full of information on Seabrook, restaurants, Charleston, the works. We hope to be able to make a return visit to this condo and certainly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the ambiance of Seabrook Island.

Relax, Unwind and Enjoy

Seabrook is a wonderful island and this villa was great. The layout is perfect with split bedrooms, allowing privacy for everyone. It was furnished with everything anyone could possibly need. The owners were fabulous to work with and did not get frustrated with my many questions before arrival.

The view from one side of the deck looks out over the ocean, while the view from the other side looks out over the beautiful golf course and ponds.

We have traveled to many beaches and this one was in our tops. The beaches are wide and easy to walk or bike on. The last night we were there we watched a deer walk on the beach in the sunset. Wow.

We had a great family vacation and it took us away from the real world for at least one week. If you choose to stay in this villa, please take good care of it because we hope to return soon and often.

For a wonderful vacation visit Seabrook and stay in this villa. The layout is perfect with split bedrooms so there is plenty of privacy for everyone. It is beautifully furnished with everything anyone could possibly need. The views from the large deck are beautiful with one side looking to the ocean and the other looking out over the golf course and ponds. Parking is covered. The owners were fabulous to work with. If you choose to stay here, please take care of it because we hope to return soon!
