Top floor unit located in OOB's newest ocean front resort building, the Grand Victorian. Luxury Condo, 2 bedroom, 2 bath with ocean views, located in the center of downtown Old Orchard Beach, Maine. Indoor pool, sauna, workout room with TV's, plus retail shops and restaurants on the first floor. Unit sleeps a maximum of 6 with queen sleeper sofa in living room. Walk to everything!!

About Sharon Bonville

Owner purchased the unit brand new in 2006. The unit is maintained and cleaned by owner to insure that it is well appointed and immaculate!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo far exceeded our expectations. Very well laid out, spacious. My husband and I were so impressed with the owners attention to detail. The place was immaculate, towels and bedding were like brand new, and the kitchen had everything made you want to cook in. We would love to rent this same unit again next year!

A very updated and well appointed unit with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths.
The building has a small fitness area and small indoor pool. This unit has patio with ocean views. Pictures are very accurate. Close to all attractions. Very professional staff maintains the condo's.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
