This two story house is located only 90 feet from the bay. The great room has hardwood floors, cathedral ceiling, new expansive windows, and fabulous views of the bay from Wellfleet to Plymouth. The kitchen is fully equipped with lobster pots,new dishwasher, gas range and all modern conveniences. The new deck has composite decking and the views of the sunsets over the bay are breathtaking. The house is meticulously cleaned and maintained.

The first floor has three bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and the other two bedrooms have two twin beds in each. The first floor bathroom has been remodeled and a new washer & dryer added. The second floor half bath has also been remodeled. The new Italian tile floor in the bathroom extends through the hallway to the back door. An additional shower is available just outside the back door which is very large and private.

The side yard has a beautiful flower and a herb garden for the cook. Beach chairs and toys for the kids are available.

A mooring for your boat is available free upon request.

Gile Road is a dead-end street with private stairs to the bay.

Located on a private association beach, perfect for swimming, fishing, clamming, kayaking, walking or reading and relaxing on the sand. Very close to the hiking trails, Audubon Conservation Area, as well as miles of bike paths. 5 Minutes to one of the few remaining Drive-In Theaters in the Northeast. The lively art community of Provincetown is an easy 20 minute drive and the fishing village of Wellfleet is 10 minutes down the road. If it is shopping that you enjoy, drive Rt 6A beginning in Orleans and visit the gift stores, Antique shops and restaurants. Chatham has a quaint downtown area filled with shops and is only 20 minutes away. If you feel adventurous, book a deep sea fishing trip at Rock Harbor; 10 minutes by car.
