This two story house is located only 90 feet from the bay. The great room has new hardwood floors, cathedral ceiling, expansive windows, and fabulous views of the bay from Wellfleet to Plymouth. The kitchen has a new dishwasher, refrigerator and is fully equipped. The new deck has Trex decking and the views of the sunsets over the bay are breathtaking. The first floor has three bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and the other two bedrooms have two twin beds in each. The bathroom has been remodeled with wainscoting, vanity and a new washer & dryer. The new Italian tile floor in the bathroom extends through the hallway to the back door. A very large and private white cedar shower is located just outside. The side yard has a beautiful flower and a herb garden for the cook. Gile Road is a dead-end street with private stairs to the bay and no public parking available. This makes the neighborhood private and quiet. A mooring for your boat is available upon request.

Located on a private association beach, perfect for swimming, fishing, clamming, kayaking, hiking or reading and relaxing on the sand. Very close to the hiking trails of Massachusetts, Audobon Conservation Area, as well as miles of bike paths. 5 Minutes to one of the few remaining Drive-In Theaters in the Northeast. Enjoy solitary beach walks, or play in surf. It is all there to enjoy. The lively art community of Provincetown is an easy 30 minute drive and the fishing village of Wellfleet is 10 minutes down the road.
