Amenities: There are five flat paneled TV's throughout the Home. A separate private office with high speed internet, fax, laser copier, desk, and additional seating for those important business calls while your away. For those of you with Pets, there's a separate dog run, dog house for your special pet. The home is air conditioned for those unexpected warm days with plenty of window openings to let that sweet smell of the salt water coming from the Bay breezes. This home was renovated in 2005 with all the modern amenities one would expect.

One of Maine's finest gems. My Family loved our Vacation in Portland, reminded us of a little larger Nantucket with lots of Islands to visit nearby with Portland's Casco Bay Ferry services. . This property gave us the feel of Luxury, comfort and a feeling of being home. The property is top notch and we hope to return next year

Our daughter was married last summer in Kennebunkport, Maine. We wanted a Classic Maine Summer home to House the Bride and our Family, for before and after Wedding Preparations. This Home, so warm and inviting, delivered more than it had promised in the site brochure. We were met by a welcoming staff that familiarized us with it's amenities, the Heated Pool, charming grounds along with the Hot Tub, Pool House, the modern facilities throughout the home. We're from Malibu Beach, Calf. exploring Portland was so much more than we had expected, and clearly we would not hesitate to return in the future. We've rented posh vacation homes all of our adult lives; this property would be on the top of our list.
