Our home is an open design of kitchen, dining, living areas built in 1993 with all modern amenities... Light and sunny, comfortable and private. The finished basement is great for kids, with a large screen TV, and full windows and door to the outside. A large lawn and mature landscaping on the wooded 3.6 acres... Paved basketball court, tree house, tether-ball, and swings. The property is connected to miles of walking trails which run along the Tiasquam River.

Our home is at the top of Meetinghouse Road in a private homeowner association. The view skims the treetops of Chilmark with the airport in the distance. Your lease allows access to the Island's best beaches: Lucy Vincent and Squibnocket. Our 3.6 acres is very private and is connected to the walking trails which travel throughout Chilmark.
