Sea Vista #216 is a very spacious 2BR, 2BA beachfront condo overlooking the ocean in a well maintained complex on South Padre Island. The Sea Vista complex is next to the Schlitterbahn Beach water park. The complex offers free WiFi, 2 heated pools and hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, onsite security, and a gated entrance. We offer free local and long distance calls. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The remodeled kitchen is well equipped and has all the necessities: coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, toaster, stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. The large dining room has seating for six. There is a wonderful view of the beach through the floor to ceiling windows. The living area has a sleeper sofa and french doors allowing it to be closed off for privacy for use as a 3rd bedroom. It overlooks the ocean and has a bathroom. It has built-in cabinetry, LCD cable TV and DVD. Both of the spacious bedrooms have king beds, cable TVs, and balconies.

Great view in this second floor Sea Vista condo. You can watch everyone on the beach from the dining room table. The owners are very nice, informative, and helpful.

Everything you need to cook and things for the beach (chair, boogie boards, toys) are provided in the condo when you arrive.

Second bathroom in this condo is in a odd place off of the living room/bedroom area.


Daddy's is the best seafood resturant in the area. Wednesday night is raw oyster night - 35 cents each!!

Pirate's landing in Port Isabel (right across the bridge) is a good resturant and great place for kids entertainment.

Absolutely Fabulous! The moment we went from the Hall into the "view of the beach" as soon as we turned the corner we were in love. To wake up to this view every morning was amazing and inspiring. We loved everything about this place and wouldn't change any of it! It was all so perfect! Definately planning for another time and a longer one next time. The four nights and five days was simply not long enough.
