With an average high ranging from 77-88 F (25-28 C) and some of the lowest precipitation rates of the year, April and May can't be beat. The relaxing, tropical flair of this condo is a perfect complement to an escape to the beach. located on the 17th floor of Emerald Isle Gulf Front Condominiums, a beach front property spanning over 300 feet of the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. From the large, 271 sq ft double wide balcony , adjacent to both the living room and master bedroom, the emerald gulf waters are on constant display. Incredible gulf views and sunsets. THERE IS A 50 INCH TV WITH DVD IN THE LIVING ROOM. TV's and DVD in both bedrooms. There are 4 recliners in the leather sofa and love seat. The Complex Has Two Pools With Waterfall, Workout Room, Sauna, Heated Indoor / Outdoor Pool. Gas Grills And More.
