You can choose to enjoy the tranquil sounds and views of the river along the River Walk from your deck, or the bustle of downtown shops and galleries on main street and The Riverwalk.

In Rocky Mountain National Park view the sights or the wildlife, or you can hike some 350 miles of hiking trails. Other year round outdoor activities in the area include bicycling, boating, fishing, horse-back riding, indoor/outdoor rock climbing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, and downhill skiing at Eldora Mountain Resort, just 45 minutes away.

This high-end loft has soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace, one bedroom, one full bath with jetted tub, flat screen TV’s, DVD players, washer, dryer and an expanded and fully equipped galley kitchen complete with range/oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. This unit is air-conditioned, has ceiling fans, and a private deck over looking Fall River and the River Walk. An elevator is available in the building. Off street parking is available and during the summer month’s a free shuttle, with a pick up stop just outside the Lofts, is available so that you never need to use your car. The shuttle will take you all over town, to the lake, the grocery store, and also into Rocky Mountain National Park.
