Luxury 2 Story Pent House is located at Villas del Mar Beach Resort Complex- right on the beachfront. You'll be steps away from a beautiful beach in the Atlantic Ocean. Northeast of the enchanted island of Puerto Rico. Enjoy the day at the beach or pools, relax in the jacuzzi and then some time in the sauna to pamper yourself. There are places to visit if that's on your agenda like the Colonial Old San Juan City, there are 2 great golf clubs 5 minutes away and El Yunque Rainforest is a national park to spend the day with nature with a 20 minute drive. Local Tour operators provide tours around the island and nearby islands on catamarans or sailboats. Take a day to visit the smaller islands of Puerto Rico like Vieques and Culebras. No Passport required if traveling from Continental US for US Citizens.

For those who want to relax and enjoy what our island has to offer, this is the place to be. If you want to embrace nature there are many options as:

Visit the 'El Yunque National Rainforest' 15 minutes drive/ Catamaran trips around adjacent islands like Vieques and Culebras/ Snorkel around unseen reefs and swim with colorful fishes. You can also visit the southern part of the island on day tours to visit museums, our Arecibo Observatory or visit Old San Juan Colonial City just 45 minutes away.

Golf Courses Nearby: If you want to play 9 or 18 holes there are 4 spectacular golf courses nearby. These are Berwind Country Club and Bahia Golf Course @ St. Regis Resort- these 2 are 5 minutes away form the complex. There are also the Trump Golf Couse @ Coco Beach and Rio Mar Country Club @ the Wyndham Resort- these are 10-15 minutes away.

Great place, friendly owners!

Villas del mar is an excellent location- right on the beach and centrally located between San Juan, El Yunque rainforest & the ferrys to Culebra or Vieques. The condo itself is awesome- the owners take good care of it and have it nicely furnished. Lissette and her husband met us about 10 minutes out from the condo and took us there, let us in and explained things to us. Very friendly and sincere people! The condo is on the edge of the Villas del Mar complex and overlooks some small Puerto Rican houses and a couple of streets. There are occasional sounds of people and roosters below, so if you don't want to hear the real Puerto Rico and want to be secluded in a touristy bubble, this condo might not be for you. But we loved it!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great vacation

My family and I stayed in Loiza for a great 12 days. The apartment was very comfortable and inviting. We had all we needed. Lissette and Enrique were very helpful by making themselves available at all times. They met us at a nearby Walmart at 2:00am because we had a late flight and even waited while we purchased several items. Even though it was very late they were kind enough to give us a tour of the apartment and complex. The condo is about 20min to San Juan depending on which route you take and near many attractions. Having a car is a must! However, this would be anywhere in Puerto Rico. Thank you Lissette and Enrique for being great hosts! My very busy 3 year old loved it!

Awesome vacation!

I wish we could have spend another month there! The Villa is right between San Juan and all of the East Coast attractions, and close to the Yunque. The price is very reasonable, we had 5 people and we each had a very comfortable bed with A/C (extremely important specially once it gets hot outside). Enrique and Lissette were extremely helpful. Enrique suggested the Salty Dog catamaran trip, it was the best decision ever! The house is very spacious and has everything you need. The penthouse is awesome to just hang out in the roof when you come back from the beach. The facilities are great and is very quiet day or night. If I ever need a place for me and a couple friends I will definitely be giving Enrique a call!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Great Vacation in Puerto Rico

The trip back was nice but to be honest with you I would rather be back in Puerto Rico
We are all back to our busy lives again with work and other responsibilities here in California.
The condo was amazing and like Rosa said, we all want to come back soon.

Fabulous Vacation

Thank you!!! Your place was amazingly beautiful. I'm still in Puerto
Rico, but sadly I'll be leaving tomorrow. I regretted not being able
to meet up with you. Our schedule was filled with non stop adventure.
I've been able to get some down time and do a little more of the artsy
things. We would love to book for next year around the same time. I
think this is going to become an annual trip. Also, my sister is
planning a summer trip and I'll definitely give her your information.
We were so pleased with the place and the surrounding area. It made
our stay here truely special.
