DIRECT WATER FRONT HOME

The view is awesome. The house is perfect. Loved the fact that the downstairs was kind of like its own apartment. Very spacious and had great outdoor space everywhere. Thanks again!

We came from Australia for my sons wedding to be held at Candlewood Inn, we wanted somewhere for the family, 4 adults and 2 children to stay, for the week. the house has a spiral staircase which we thought may cause and issue, however there was a guard that we placed at the top of the staircase to prevent our granddaughter from useing the stairs without adult supervision, this was the only drawback we found with the property every thing else was great. The week was busy and although the weather started out cold, it was great to start the day with with such a beautiful view. The week warmed up and we were able to spend some time sitting on the balconies having a drink relaxing after the wedding.

I will return another time to take advantage of the surroundings under more relaxed circumstances, still as I said it was a great place to wind down daily, thank you Mary for such a great place to stay, and the prompt return of my security deposit.

This was the third year in a row that we have vacationed at Sven and Mary's lakehouse. The house is always clean, well maintained and welcoming. This year, even though the weather was not too cooperative, (three days of periods of rain), we had a wonderful time. We relaxed on the screened in porch, went to the movies, and got takeout from a number of the restaurants that were in the "house book." On the sunny days, we swam, relaxed by the water, and rented a boat from the nearby marina. We look forward to next summer!
