Lovely Cape Cod Home located in Bourne's Gray Gable Village. Enjoy water views of the Cape Cod Canal and the entrance to Buzzard's Bay from your spacious deck. This home is conveniently located just 200 yards from a sandy, life guard protected Gray Gables Beach and only a quarter mile from Mashnee Dike Beach. A short walk or bike ride to the Cape Cod Canal which is great for fishing (catch those stripers), hiking, biking or just plain old relaxing. Private Backyard, oversized deck, watch the Red Sox on your outdoor TV, basketball hoop, an additional shower outdoors,gas grill on site. Home shows pride in ownership.

  • Weekly rentals are Sat check in @ 3:00 pm Sat check out 10:00 am
    Until confirmed rates are subject to change without notice
    Off peak rates and stays are negotiable
  • Summer rentals require a 50% deposit to hold the reservation, this must be received within seven (7) days of the booking reservation. The remainder due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Non-refundable unless we are able to rent unit for that period.

    Damage Deposit of $200.00 is required. This must be received with the 50% reservation deposit. The damage deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided there is no damage to house or its contents.

    Please inquire about winter long term rental rate.
