Beautiful Lake Tahoe Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was comfortable and well maintained. Close to the Casino's and bike trails. The kitchen was well equiped, and there were upgrades throughout the house.....two flat screen T.V.'s, hot tub, hardwood floors, etc. The owners were very attentive and had thought out every detail. I would highly recommend staying here! We will be back.

not so pure..

We spent one week here in Pure Tahoe and we were looking for third bedroom whole week. They advertise that house have 3 bedrooms, sleeps up to 8, that is NOT entirely true... Room called third bedroom was walk thru room without heating. For two families with two small children this suprise was really challenging. There was some other disagreements and disapoitments which I can ad here.... We are spending week at mountains every year in last ten years and I have to say this last one was worst one. We love Tahoe, we like to stay in Tahoe, but never again in POOR TAHOE.
Owner's Response: 1.The entire home is heated with forced air as well as an upstairs fireplace and downstairs electric f/p for ambiance.
2. The home legally can sleep 8. We state that it is 2.5 bedroom meaning 1 bedroom does not have a private door(3 rooms total). There is a Queen air mattress as well to accomodate others.
3. The renters making this note broke the wall jam attached to the sliding glass door. They were charged for this incurred damage. I did not charge for the use of every towel in our linen cabinet,3 hours of extra cleaning due to complete disrespect to our property, beer bottles left in the snow,..etc
4. We are very proud of our home and realize that not all personalties can be accommodated. We thank all our past renters who have treated our home with the utmost respect. We look forward to having those who love Tahoe and realize it is a mutual agreement to accomodate and appreciate.

We had a terrific experience with this home and the property owners. The house was immaculate and most importantly located very convienient to multiple ski locations, grocery shopping, restaraunts, and casinos. The owners were very helpful with making sure all our questions were answered and gave us local pointers as this was our first ski trip to Tahoe. We look forward to coming back and staying at your house again.

We spent a week at Pure Tahoe and had a blast. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It has a casual feel that made it easy to make ourselves at home. I was there by myself with 3 kids, so the owners arranged a fantastic ski chaperone for my two double-black-diamond skiing kids so I could focus on my youngest. They really know Tahoe and were super helpful to me in planning the details to make our stay great. We can't wait to go back!
