This fab' one bedroom, one and one-half bath condo is very well-situated in the heart of Miami's South Beach. It can comfortably accommodate a couple traveling with a child or a single adult friend. It's ideal for a quiet romantic getaway for two. Fontana103 is furnished with a hip, modern sensibility and features a gorgeous gourmet's kitchen and sleek designer furnishings. The location is sublime. Just one block south of Lincoln Road, a pedestrian-only street lined with lively cafes, stellar restaurants and fabulous shopping. Definitely the place to see and be seen! If the beach is calling, it's only a 15-minute stroll past trendy boutiques and cool art-deco buildings to white sands and turquoise waters. And if you just can't tear yourself away from Fontana103, you may want to take a dip in the serene swimming pool, edged in blue sea-glass, located right outside your door. It is only comfortable for a night or two. This is not an ideal apartment for 4 separate adults traveling together but can work for 2 couples for a short stay.
