We had a wonderful week staying in 4A1. Every detail was met, the condo is nicely updated, very clean and comfortable, and the staff at Sandalfoot very kind and caring. The pool is kept very warm and even when it was only is the low 70's we were able to swim. The grounds are lovely ...and the condo is well located with many choices for shopping and places to eat. We love to eat at Jacaranda from 5-6 p.m. for their early bird. The menu is from $10.95-$15.95 which after 6 p.m. is much higher. Other restaurants we went to were: Lighthouse Cafe, (thank you Joan for the gift certificate), Island Cow, Over Easy Cafe, Matzaluna, Sanibel Cafe, Mad Hatter (over-rated) and Pinocchio's for ice cream. We took the Tarpon Bay Cruise, but didn't see any dolphins or manatees. One of the owners told us to go to Ft. Meyers to the Lee County Manatee Park because it is free and it only costs $1.00 to park. We made the trip and were not disappointed.....we saw many manatees close up along the walkway and observation decks. I appreciated having a washer and dryer in the condo, it was so convenient for us. Thanks, Joan we can tell you are a caring owner and one who takes pride in her condo. We really enjoyed our stay at Sandalfoot!
