Silver Seas is a newly constructed three bedroom two and half bathroom condominium on the beautiful Carolina coast. Amenities include granite countertops, bambo floors, and open floor plan perfect for the family vacation. Spacious king and queen bedrooms have views from the deck of the ocean and Carolina Beach marina basin. The third bedroom is set up for the kids with two single beds and baby crib. The two unit condominium building is situated between the Alantic Ocean and Carolina Beach marin basin. Silver Seas is a short walk to the beach with public access. All the amenities you need are right in the town of Carolina Beach including casual and fine dining, groceries, fishing, Carolina Beach State Park with boat ramp and nature trails, movie theater, kayak rental, surfing, and shopping. We had a lovely time. The house is build well and has many perks. Tons of cooking utensils and spices. Great place for your kids, tons of space and very very close to the beach. Scott was very accommodating. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously!!!

We loved our stay at Silver Seas!

I had the pleasure of staying at Silver Seas in June with my family (husband and two small children). The house was amazing! It was clean and loaded with high end amenities...granite countertops, bamboo floors, jacuzzi tub. It took two minutes to get to the pristine and uncrowded beach. They had loads of beach toys and equipment for our use. I would definetely recommend it to others and hope to stay again soon!

comfortable week at the beach

Silver Seas is a new condo with old fashioned charm. It is cozy and comfortable with great access to the beach. We were there with grandchildren, played games, looked for crabs at night and cooked at home. We have stayed at the more "populated" and much more expensive beach locations and found this home to be much more relaxing and enjoyable. Very Clean!! I have recommended this property to friends and other family members.

disappointed and wiser

we were extremely disappointed in this unit. It was a nice building and the physical ammenities were nice...granite counters, bamboo floors, but there was NO FURNITURE!!
the master bedroom had a bed (no headboard) and a beat up chest, the front of the drawers fell off when you tried to open them. There was no lamp, table, or any closet!!
There is no view from the decks except of the hotel across the street. There were no privacy shades or curtains, at night it was a direct view into the windows, so you had to creep along to undress where you couldn't be seen!!
You could not have sat on the kitchen chairs, and the living room furniture was Goodwill at best. There was internet but it appeared to ne filched from the neighbors.The fridge/freezer were full of food.
we were disappointed in the condo but the beach was nice, and Carolina Beach is a good area for families.
