Cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows in the main living area keep the home bright and sunny all day long. The main level is also where you will find the large dining area, kitchen, full bath, and 2 master bedrooms. The top level features another master bedroom, another full bath and loft. The lower level is perfect for the kids with 2 bedrooms, a full bath, a family room and mud room for all your gear. The exterior features a large deck, gas grill, ample parking and a tranquil wooded setting. A short walk to the club house with 2 indoor pools & hot tub, an outdoor pool & hot tub, sauna, a small lake, tennis, basketball, horseshoes, a restaurant, bar, and lounge.

the perfect cabin!!!

we are two families that stayed in the cabin for three nights and it was just perfect.
the house is big but cozy, plenty of space for privacy when needed, but yet perfect to spend time together.
the house is fully equipted, very clean and the owners are very nice and helpfull.
we highly recomend, we had a great time and cant wait to come back.

All You Could Want and More!

Over the past year our family has had the pleasure of staying at this property on a number of getaways. Whether it be in the winter, to enjoy the skiing at Waterville or Loon (both very close), to enjoy the spring/summer activities, and fall foliage, this home is located near endless activities for all 4 seasons. The amenities are top notch. With a family of 6 there is plenty of room, we have stayed with 12 people and all have been very comfortable. This home is a beautiful place to relax. The owners keep it well maintained and are a pleasure to deal with. Having rented other vacations homes in the area, we have found this to be our absolute favorite. This is a top notch vacation spot. We highly recommend it whether you are looking for a weekend getaway or a weeklong vacation!

Great place to stay in both winter and summer!

This is a great place to stay. It's far enough from civilization, but with many amenities close by.

We've stayed at this house 3 times. It's clean, well stocked, very comfortable and cozy. It's great for kids, teenagers, and multiple families. There's plenty of room for everyone.

We've only stayed here in the winter and we were either skiing/slowboarding at WaterValley, walking in the wooded neighborhood trails or we've spent time at the pool/fitness club. Everything was wonderful.

Although we've only stayed here in the winter, I can easily imagine how beautiful it would be in the summer. It's a great area for hiking, biking and other summer activities.

Anyone that stays here will have plenty to do and will enjoy the house immensely. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Getaway in Waterville Valley

My family rented this wonderful home in March and it was perfect for our entire gang (6 adults and 4 children ) to relax and have lots of fun! The house has everything you need to make it a warm and welcome stay. The bedrooms are all large and having 3 full bathrooms is a major plus!! The kitchen, living area and dining room are all spacious making it extremely comfortable for everyone to hang out together. It offers all the amenities of home (Cable TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc.) and is extremely clean and well-maintained. The location is ideal being only minutes from great skiing and recreational activities. The best part was being able to snowshoe and cross-country ski right out the front door thanks to the marked trails in the Waterville Estates complex. We hope to return in the summer to enjoy the outdoor clubhouse pool which looks fabulous and take advantage of the great hiking in the area. We would definitely recommend this rental property and look forward to our next stay!

Great location. Our family enjoyed a great day of skiing at Waterville Valley and the indoor pool at the Club house that comes with the rental.
The 1st floor looks like it was recently renovated with a full bath, two bedrooms, and a TV/sitting area which worked out great for the kids!
The main floor has a wood burning stove, eating area, ample sized kitchen with all the cabiets having labels as to what is in each cabinet. There are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on this floor as well.
The upper floor has another full bathroom with a bedroom and loft area!
The cabin is very clean and has a warm feeling to it. We had a great experience and look forward to a return visit!
