This is a 3500 sq ft, newly remodeled vacation rental in the heart of the White Mountains on Bear Notch Road off U.S. Route 302. Centrally located to many area attractions, i.e., 5 mins to Attitash Ski Resort & Alpine Slide, 10 mins to StoryLand and Jackson Village, 15 mins to Bretton Woods Resort, Cog Railway, Mt. Washington Hotel, and North Conway, this home offers 4-season fun. Enjoy the summer from 3 outside decks with a grill and patio seating. Plenty of yard space for family entertainment. Enjoy comfortable open concept, including ample living space with 2 living rooms, large bedrooms, a master suite, a master bedroom, and lots of bathrooms. Young adults or even the kids can have their privacy, as the house can be split into 2 units. Driveway can fit up to 6 vehicles, with additional state parking across the street. Great Property Great People!

We stayed for the 2008 Oktoberfest with 10 people and had a blast! Owners were on property when we got there still making it look awesome. None of us were ever crowding each other and we had plenty of room. Definetly would stay again.

Just returned today from a 4 night stay for our annual Winterfest..I cannot say enough about this house. Clean, well stocked, great kitchens and baths and great owners who are available for any help they can offer. Our group skied at Wildcat, snowshoed at AMC in Pinkham Notch, kids sledded in backyard and had great dinners in the evening. Everyone wants to return next year..Thanks Tammy and Frank.

What an Amazing house!!!!!!! Loved it

What an AMAZING house this is!!!! We just rented this house for this past weekend (January 30th - February 1st) and we had a blast. Everything about it was great, we had a large group of 14 adults and it couldn’t be any better. Everyone was very impress with the house and how comfortable and beautiful it is. We all felt right at home. Very clean and everything very nice and organize. House is well equipped. Great location. Tammy and Frank were both wonderful. We recommend this house 110%. It was a FANTASTIC weekend .

Great time in a great house!

We just rented this house for a long weekend in January. We were a group of 12 and everyone raved about the house. We have been renting houses in this area for 25 years and this was definitely one of the very best. It was incredibly spacious, well equipped, clean, and in a great location. Further more, the owners couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating.

We had a great vacation over the Christmas holiday. The property is lovely and is truly large enough for 18 people to enjoy their time together. The set up with two separate living areas gives everyone room to be together comfortably but also makes it easy to find a quiet corner. We snowmobile and snowshoe, and both activities were available literally by stepping out the door. We had a fantasitc time. Thank you Tammy and Frank!
