TIMES SQUARE CONDO

We had the best week in the best apartment in Midtown. Great views and easy access to all the best locations Time Square, 9th Ave restaurants, Broadway, Subway connections. It was perfect for our anniversary/second honeymoon. The building is very secure with extremely helpful doormen. We have stayed in the City many time over the past 10 years and this was by far the nicest location at a decent price for penthouse accommodations. We will be back.

Great Location, easy parking, beautiful view, clean and very comfortable apartment. Everything was great! Thank you so much for making our trip special. Doorman was friendly and helpful. Penthouse was so cool. Kids loved it! Don't look anywhere else. Book this place and you will not be disappointed!

Our family of four (parents and two sons, ages 18 and 20) stayed in the penthouse for three nights. This was my first time to use VRBO and we did not have a car in NYC, so I was very nervous, but the owner was prompt and professional in all our dealings and the rental turned out to be an excellent experience for us. The apartment was exactly as describes. It was well maintained, well stocked with all amenities, and immaculate. We could not have asked for a more wonderful place to stay for our first visit to NYC. It was close to main subway and bus lines and just a few blocks from Times Square. Our sons slept comfortably on the Aerobeds which stayed inflated and had nice thread-count sheets. Our bed was also extremely comfortable. I have already recommended the property to some friends of mine and would definitely stay there again. If all VRBO properties are this nice, I'll be using the site regularly from now on. Our thanks to the owner for a great first experience with VRBO and in NYC.
