Pproperty consists of 2 large units, one up and one down. Each unit consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, modern fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, central A/C, gas heat, newer furniture, beds, etc. Set up for vacation fun. Perfect for large groups or families.Rent one or both. Units are child friendly. Very convenient location. Off street parking. Approximately 10 blocks to the beach and Washington Street Mall/downtown Cape May. Beach box located at beach included for each unit.Store beach items so you don't have to carry back and forth. Very convenient. Contact owner for detailed property information, description, additional pictures. etc.

Perfect for large groups- families: This property sets up very well for the large group, or more than one family. There are two(2) completely separate units, one up and one down. Each unit has been designed to accommodate a large number of people with large living areas, open and functional kitchens, 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths in each. Outdoor comfortable showers with hot and cold water and dressing area. First floor unit has a 'second' living room which has proven to be wonderful for children. Second floor unit has a large deck. There is a television in 2 bedrooms in each unit. The property is always maintained to insure a safe, clean environment. There is plenty of parking. It is conveniently located across the street from a local 'mom and pop' convenience store.

Beach Box Included: Unit has a beach box that is located on the beach. This box holds chairs, umbrellas, etc. for fun at the beach. It has a lock so items can be stored away at the beach. We provide a few chairs and an umbrella but there is room for your stuff during your vacation. This has proven to be a very convenient amenity for our guests.
